The Process

Green Coffee Beans

Quality. We thoughtfully select the finest premium green coffee beans from around the world.  We pay special attention to sources that are fair trade, organic, and direct from farm when possible. 

Roasted to Order

Freshness. To maximize the flavor and aromas, we carefully roast your coffee to order.  For the best experience, we recommend you enjoy our freshly roasted coffee within 2-4 months after delivery.

Packaging and Delivery

Convenient. We seal our beans in one-way gas valve bags to retain freshness and minimize exposure to oxygen to prevent staling.  We offer local delivery within Long Beach, CA.

What is Specialty Coffee?

Specialty coffee is a description given to highly graded coffee which has received a score of 80 points or above according to the Coffee Review.  However, specialty coffee really embodies the entire journey of green coffee beans from farm to cup and the crucial role each individual performs to establish, refine, and preserve high quality coffee throughout the value chain.
