SIDAMA – ethiopia
Single Origin | Fair Trade | Organic
Heralded as an exceptional coffee, the Ethiopian Sidama is well-balanced, complex and smooth.
Thriving in the highlands at elevations up to 7,000 feet, the growth of beans is slow which allows for the absorption of more nutrients from the soil, developing a more complex and robust profile.

The birthplace of coffee
Dating back to 850 AD, legend has it that a goat herder and his flock discovered this magical bean we know and love called coffee.
Ethiopia is the world’s 7th largest producer of coffee and Africa’s number one producing region. Grown in high elevations between 5,000 to 7,000 feet above sea level, coffee here grows more slowly which allows more absorption of nutrients of the soil and develops a more robust flavor.
Paul Goergen –
I tried this coffee with a friend of mine, and we both think it’s the best we’ve ever had. Delicious!
