Yirgacheffe is a small region in southern Ethiopia. Coffee plants grow and thrive naturally in this region dues to its healthy soil, high elevations, and ideal warm tropical climate.

I am not normally a light roast drinker, but this roast in particular has changed me for good! With it’s strong notes of blueberry and lemon, it is a coffee experience unlike any other. Most fruity coffees are too acidic to me, but that is not the case with this at all. This roast is a game changer for any coffee drinker for sure.
